I have the right to refuse a commission for ANY reason.

I have a right to judge and add potential upcharges to commissions if I deem them too complex. If you are unsure of the complexity of a character, please DM me to discuss.

COMMISSION PAYMENT & PLANS:

I primarily take payment through Ko-Fi, though I also accept Paypal or Venmo if the commissioner is uncomfortable with Ko-Fi for any reason.

Do note that Ko-Fi lets me get payments with 0% fees so it's definitely the #1 preferred one for me personally.

Under $50 Commissions must be paid in full before I begin working on them.

$50+ Commissions must be paid 50% or more before I begin working on them; the final 50% must be paid before delivering the final product.

TURNAROUND TIMES: Average turnaround time is 1.5 weeks. May be more or less depending on circumstances; I will alert you ASAP if anything comes up that makes me think it'll take longer.

Expect the first sketch within up to 7 days of ordering the commission.

Emotes & Icon Commissions/PFPs take about 1 week; up to 2 if part of a longer promotion where I'm taking commissions in bulk.

Character Commissions take up to 2 weeks with a pre-existing reference. Up to 3 weeks if developing a character from scratch.

Creature/Fakemon Commissions take a default of 2 weeks for completion; longer if designing from scratch, requiring multiple form(s), or including additional information such as moves/abilities/stats.

PNGtuber Commissions can take up to 4-6 weeks for completion, as they are a complex order with character design requirements as well as multiple expressions with full color involved.

Please alert me if you have a deadline for a time you'd like a commission to be completed! These are estimated averages and can vary based on how many commissions I have and generally what's going on with me IRL.

CREATIVE PROCESS: Commissioner will be sent sketches and WIP shots throughout the process.

Once linework begins no major changes to the poses or expressions may be made. Same goes for changes to linework once coloring begins.

REFUNDS: Only to be executed if the work has not been started yet. 50% refund for commissions at $50 or greater if only sketch has been done.

CREDITING WORK: You may not remove my watermark yourself for any reason. Nor can you claim you created my work yourself for any reason.

Content to be used for Twitch or other streaming services (PNGtubers, emotes, stream overlays, etcetera) must be credited on your Twitch about page as well as on social media sites if they are used off of Twitch.

Open to discussing removal if needed for specific use case, ie merchandising (see next note)

MERCHANDISING: I MUST be made aware if the commission(s) are intended to be used for merchandising purposes.

This includes being resold on any product, digital (ie wallpapers or subscription-based services like Patreon) or physical (ie hats, shirts, stickers etc)

Handling merchandising varies but credit and/or royalties or an upcharge fee are required.

Discussion on exact conditions of sale as well as the usage of the final commission(s) must be discussed prior to myself accepting the commission proper.

1️⃣ Only one Pokemon can be caught and used per area; this includes routes, towns, and separate "dungeons" (ie forests and caves)

2️⃣ If a Pokemon faints it's "dead" and goes in the box

3️⃣ No Dupes Clause - No duplicate catches of a Pokemon or its evolutionary line; reroll until a new pokemon is encountered

4️⃣ Items Clause - No use of items during fights specifically in Gyms/ vs the E4 & Champ. I can still use items to heal inbetween battles.

5️⃣ ✨ Shiny Clause+ - If a shiny spawns I'll try to catch it, but can only use it if it's valid for the run OR if I can trade it with a pokemon of the same species line; otherwise it stays boxed

6️⃣ 📛 Nicknames - All Pokemon get a nickname, decided by the first chat member to comment a name after I declare it caught and ask for a name

7️⃣ 🤖 Novac Clause - A NOVAC style nuzlocke (as penned by myself) locks in a starter Pokemon that never leaves the player's side.

〰️ [CHOSEN STARTER] is picked at the very start of the campaign. It can be a default starter or a custom one hacked/edited in, or one traded in if trading is available early enough.

〰️ I will save state any time I enter a Pokemon Center

〰️ If [STARTER] dies at any point, we return to the save state, losing any progress as well as any new party members we gained (even shinies)

〰️ Route slots taken up by party members that are lost due to [STARTER] dying are lost forever

〰️ Pokemon that die leading up to a [STARTER] death remain dead, even though they were alive at the point of the save state

〰️ If [STARTER] dies and no one else died, sacrifice a Pokemon (based on discussion with chat, defaults to a random choice if no other decision can be made)

8️⃣ 🎨 Winning Team Portraits - After every gym victory, I have to draw the Trainer & the survivors of the gym challenge (this can be done offstream)

9️⃣ Must play the whole game on stream; no offstream grinding! Chat helps keep me honest to the rules lol

1️⃣0️⃣ Once we enter the gym intending to fight, cannot leave til the gym is done!

1️⃣1️⃣ Fast-Forward Clause - No fast-forwarding in gyms or otherwise stressful situations, such as a Pokemon being near death

1️⃣2️⃣ Wheel of Fate - Once per stream, chat may roll the Wheel of Fate, challenging the destiny of the nuzlocke with a roll that may kill or resurrect any Pokemon (except the Novac) obtained during the run.

〰️ Only twice per stream, activated by redeeming via Channel Points

〰️ Once activated, Fen spins the Wheel of Fate onstream! There's a 50/50 chance of life or death, with the exact results dependent on whats rolled.

〰️ EXACT ODDS: 1-2: KO Party Pokemon (random) || 3: KO Party Pokemon with Chat vote || 4-6: KO Box Pokemon (random) || 7-9: Resurrect Pokemon (random) || 10-11: Resurrect Pokemon (Chat Votes; donor gets to pick 3 to vote on!) || 12: Resurrect Pokemon (Donor's Choice)
